Every project begins with a conversation and a written proposal. The proposal is where we agree on deliverables, price, timing, revisions, and ongoing support before work begins.
Landing page
A focused page for one business, ministry, campaign, or service. Discuss your message, photos, contact links, language, and primary action.
Business or ministry website
A broader presence with service or ministry sections, project or message galleries, contact pathways, and content organized for your audience.
Branding & media
Discuss logos, digital cards, social graphics, or a Reel Studio upgrade. Scope and availability are confirmed separately.
What to bring
Your name and contact details, services or ministry story, logo if you have one, photos you have permission to use, and your social links. Missing something? Send what you have and ask Eddie for help.
Open your content workspaceTiming and revisions
Ask for a target schedule and included revision rounds in your proposal. Content readiness and requested integrations affect timing. Additional work should be agreed before it is added.
Domain, hosting, and ownership
Agree who registers and controls the domain, what hosting costs, what access and files you receive, and what can be transferred if you change providers. Domain registration and ongoing hosting are separate from design work unless your proposal includes them.
Updates and support
Confirm which updates are included after launch, any recurring charges, how to request help, and the expected response time. Do not assume unlimited edits or round-the-clock support.
Payments, cancellation, and approvals
Your project agreement should specify deposits, payment milestones, cancellation terms, and final approval. This guide is not a quote or a substitute for that agreement. Portal review approval does not automatically publish your website.
Reel Studio and music
Reel Studio is an optional upgrade with owner activation. Music has track-specific license and credit requirements; royalty-free does not mean every track is public domain. Preview the track credits before sharing. Export format depends on your browser; social publishing is manual.
